Kegworth Hotel & Conference Centre, Kegworth

The hotel had a good size room that was perfectly appointed and acceptable for my needs, but it was dirty, freezing cold, and dated. The service was excellent in sorting out heating issues and offering a free breakfast to compensate. The location was convenient for my trip, and the dining experience was not as organized as desired with noisy surroundings. However, the staff were very friendly. The facilities were adequate, although the hotel seemed underutilized in some areas.
